BundleForge
Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms govern a merchant's use of BundleForge, a Shopify app provided by Fleeta Limited. Installing or using the app means the merchant agrees to these terms.
Service
BundleForge lets a merchant define product bundles from their own Shopify variants, publish them as Shopify-native bundle products, surface them on the storefront through a theme block and an app proxy page, and keep a per-order record of bundle sales, refunds and cancellations. Product availability, inventory, pricing, tax, checkout and fulfilment remain Shopify's, and the merchant's catalogue remains the merchant's own.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of the bundles they build and publish, for the prices and savings they advertise, for the availability of the components they include, and for compliance with consumer, pricing, advertising and tax law in the markets they sell to. Merchants must hold the rights to the product content they publish through the app and must use the app only for lawful business activity. Merchants who collect personal data from shoppers in line-item properties are responsible for having a lawful basis for doing so.
Plans and billing
BundleForge is a paid app. Plans are shown in the app and are charged through Shopify's managed app pricing, with the plan, amount and any trial displayed before the merchant approves the charge. Each plan sets how many active bundle configurations a merchant can keep, and that limit is enforced when a configuration is saved or published; archived configurations do not count towards it, and the top plan is not capped. Merchants approve, change or cancel a subscription through Shopify, and charges already incurred are handled under Shopify's billing rules and applicable law. We never see or store payment card details.
Availability and changes
We maintain and monitor the service, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability of Shopify, the Shopify Admin API, Shopify Functions, merchant themes, networks or other services outside our control. We may make proportionate changes needed for security, compatibility or reliability, and we will avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice.
Data protection
The merchant is the controller of their store and customer data. Fleeta Limited processes data on the merchant's instructions in order to provide the app, subject to the privacy policy, Shopify's Partner Program and API requirements, and applicable data-protection law. The privacy policy sets out exactly what the app stores, what it only reads, and how long records are kept.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits, Fleeta Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees the merchant paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. The app assists with bundle configuration and reconciliation; it does not replace the merchant's own commercial checks.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend use that is abusive, unlawful or a threat to the security or integrity of the service or of Shopify. A merchant may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from their Shopify admin, which ends the subscription through Shopify. Bundle products and variants that the app created in the store remain in the store and are the merchant's to keep or remove; the metafields the app wrote are app-owned and are removed by Shopify together with the app installation. Uninstalling does not by itself delete the records we hold. Those are deleted when Shopify issues the shop-redaction request that follows an uninstall, or earlier on request, as set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection a merchant has under the law of their own country.

Support requests, defect reports, security reports and legal notices can be sent to accounts@fleeta.co.uk. Please include the shop domain so we can look at the right records.
